The capacity planning was based on historical and future forecasted demand, service level agreements, actual processing times, process variations and variation frequencies obtained through an automated in work time study.

- Project Description: Designing and building of an automated interactive excel model and reporting tool for the motor repair management team that integrates their various system reports, compares the status of repairs against a ruleset and then creates a workflow with specific repair status, actions and contact details for operators from variation databases.

- Project Description: Demand forecasting was done on historical sales data and industry analysis. Based on the forecast an inventory plan was built to ensure that the correct stock is bought in the correct quantities at the correct time to reduce the number of stock on the floor. An integrated excel inventory model was built tracking sales against on hand stock and stock purchases flagging stock reorders based on built-in buffers and variables.

Marisca is an industrial engineer with extended knowledge and experience in the consulting industry. Marisca is a maximizer, opportunist and improvement seeker always looking for ways to optimize everything with the utmost quality in record time in a simple yet very technically detailed approach.
